SMS Communications
You will receive text messages (SMS) to the mobile phone number you provide for purposes related to your appointments, research participation, or other services you request. By opting in, you consent to receive these messages from Harvesting Health Study.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your services. You may receive multiple messages around appointments, reminders, or program activities. You may receive regular messages providing program specific interventions or informational messages.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message. You may reply HELP for assistance.
No Sale of Data
We do not sell your phone number or SMS consent information. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Security Notice
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, SMS is not a fully secure communication method. Please avoid sending sensitive medical information via text message.
